I really love TV these days, but it is clear viewing has really changed over these recent years. With the dawn of streaming services. No one wants to wait a week for the next instalment. And only too commonly you end up binge watching the whole thing! So  here is Hubbyhelps.com Binge Worthy TV.

Over the next few weeks I am going to feature some of the best and worst series that I have watched. With a little background into the programme, but not  to much as I don’t want to spoil things for you! As well as my rating as an overall score for the whole show up to the point of the post. In some cases, its conclusion!

To kick things off The Walking Dead – WARNING GORE CONTENT 18+ only.

Backstory

The Walking Dead is based on the comic book series written by Robert Kirkman. As you can guess from the title you are thrown into a post zombie apocalypse world. In the first season you are following the main character Rick Grimes a sheriff deputy who wakes up from a coma. Not knowing what is going on he attempts to find his family.

Seasons

Walking dead has announced its 10^th season, which is great news for us fans. Each season that goes by wraps up with a great cliff hanger. Throughout the show there are some episodes that really have you on the edge of your seat. And others that feel a little lack lustre but on the whole help build up the tense story lines.

Rating

For me Walking Dead rates at 8.5/10. It has a very strong story line, some great jump moments. The show really does flow well. It does stray from the comics but if like me you never read them, then it really doesn’t matter all that much, except if you are googling some plot spoilers! Be prepared for the unexpected and for your nights to be filled with the undead! With 9 seasons already out for streaming there is plenty of catching up to be done.
