Londons Horrible History Up For Grabs!

Tooley Street is closing its doors after 38 horrible years! On January 31st they will be transforming into a NEW bigger, bolder and better attraction in the spacious vaults of County Hall on the Southbank in March this year.

The ALL new attraction will feature ALL new costumes, theatrical sets and props leaving a wealth of horrible history from Tooley Street up for grabs. To ensure it all goes to a good home, the London Dungeon will be setting up stall at Pimlico Car Boot Sale on Sunday 3rd February when fans will be able to get their hands on an eclectic selection of scary, funny and downright eccentric lots.

The number one item I would love to get my hands on would be a set of authentic stocks that have ‘held’ a host of famous names from Jonathan Ross to Christina Aguilera, One Direction to Michael Douglas and Alice Cooper. Other items on sale are torture and surgical implements, severed limbs and oodles of eyeballs!. They will also have costumes available to purchase!!

“When we move, we’re not just changing address, we really are creating something totally new so inevitably we have rather a lot of items from Tooley Street that need re-homing,” explains General Manager, Ben Sweet. “Rather than sell them all off to a theatre prop shop or museum we decided to let fans have a chance to own a bit of our horrible history and on Sunday 3rd February they will be able to plunder our very unusual car boot stall for a London Dungeon bargain.”

The London Dungeon’s “carnage car boot” stall will be at Pimlico Car Boot Sale, Lupus Street, London, SW1V 3AT, from 11.30am until stock sells out on Sunday 3rdFebruary.
